A serious problem among the homeless on E. Market Street recently has been an influx of incredibly offensive and lewd shirts. After research by two of our private investigators we have found that all of the shirts in question come from YOUR "store". I don't know how you boys operate up there in "New" York, but here in North Carolina this is incredibly tasteless and uncalled for.

Whatever kind of publicity stunt you are trying to pull can you please keep it off of our streets? Do you really think it's apporpriate for a homeless man to be wearing a shirt about rape?! Or maybe you think that a shirt about penis length is more appropriate?

The way I see it, you are currently in violation of section 18-43 of Greensboro city ordinances, and you are subject to up to $10,000 (YES THAT'S TEN THOUSAND) in fines... You really think your small potatos smart ass yankee company can handle that? You stop this marketing stunt or whatever the hell it is or we will persue all of our legal options. Consider this our official cease and desist takedown notice per DMCA laws. Your "funny" shirts are hurting people and creating a blight. In closing KEEP YOUR SMUT IN NEW YORK, WE DON'T WANT IT HERE.
