What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal. Sorry we do not accept checks or money orders.

How do I take advantage of your Buy 3, get 1 free offer?

Add all 4 shirts to your cart and then enter coupon code "freeshirt" on the shopping cart page and $17.99 will be deducted from your order.

Do you accept phone orders?

No, unfortunately we are not set up to be able to handle phone orders at this time.

What are the shirts made of?

We use Gilden, Bellas and once in a while Fruit of the Loom. They are 6.1 oz (Heavy weight), not the thin shirts. They are 100% cotton.

Do you offer your shirts wholesale?

How much does shipping cost?

SHIPPING CHARGES ARE $5.99 for the first shirt and $2.00 for each additional shirt.

When will I receive my order?

Orders will usually ship in 1-3 business days. It will take between 2-7 days to get there, depending on USPS and the time of year. During most of the year, you will have your shirts 3-7 business days after you place your order and we’ll e-mail you a tracking number when it ships.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to: Australia, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Puerto Rico, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, UK, and the UAE.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Sorry not at this point but it is something we may do in the future.

I got the wrong shirts... now what?

Let us know if there is a problem. We will investigate and if we find an issue, we will take care of you. We will ask for a photo to save time. If you received the wrong shirts, you get to keep them and we will send new ones ASAP!

I just placed an order but now I want to cancel…

Ok not a problem! Please note that all shirts are custom made to order so if you cancel after the shirt is made, you may be charged a restocking fee.

Simply email us at info@betterthanpants.com and attach the image. Please put "T-shirt design" as the subject.
