    • How much does shipping cost?
    • Domestic Shipping Charges: $4.99 for the first shirt and $2.50 for each additional shirt.
      International Shipping Charges: Varies based on country
    • When will I receive my order?
    • Almost all orders ship within 3 business days after you make your purchase. You can always check on the status of your order at this link. Tracking numbers are provided at time of shipment, but information may not be immediately available. It can take 24-48 hours for the post office to initially process and scan the package into their system.
    • Do you ship internationally?
    • Yes, we ship to the following countries:
      Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong SAR China, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and The United States.
      Orders are shipped 1st class international via the United States Postal Service. USPS provides reference numbers, not tracking numbers, which you will receive via email when your order is shipped. USPS estimates 8-14 days for delivery in most countries, other factors such as customs, may affect delivery time.
    • Do you offer expedited shipping?
    • We offer 2nd day shipping for domestic orders via USPS Express Mail. All orders will be shipped one business day after the order is completed and are guaranteed in 1-2 days from shipping.

    • I got the wrong shirts... now what?
    • Let us know if there is a problem. Contact us here and we will investigate; if we find an issue, we will take care of you. We may ask for a photo to save time. If you received the wrong shirts, you get to keep them and we will send new ones ASAP!
    • I just placed an order but now I want to cancel…
    • Sorry, the system is automated and goes into processing immediately. With thousands of orders, it would be impossible to track down. You can return them after you receive them. Sorry.

      No problem! Simply mail your shirts (and your invoice if possible) to the above mailing address with a note letting us know what shirts you wish to exchange and to what styles and sizes. If requesting a refund please include a note saying refund. Please note that for exchanges and refunds the shirts must be returned unworn.

      Exchanges will be processed within 3 business days of our receipt of your request. Refunds will be processed immediately, however it may take up to 5 business days for your bank to process the refund.
    • I have a good idea for a new shirt. How do I submit a T-shirt design?
    • Simply email us at sales@betterthanpants.com and attach the image. Please put "T-shirt design" as the subject.
