Orders are shipped 1st class international via the United States Postal Service. USPS provides reference numbers, not tracking numbers, which you will receive via email when your order is shipped. No problem! Simply mail your shirts (and your invoice if possible) to the above mailing address within 30 days of purchase to us with a note letting us know what shirts you wish to exchange and to what styles and sizes. If requesting a refund please include a note saying refund. Please note that for exchanges and refunds the shirts must be returned unworn.
Exchanges will be processed within 3 business days of our receipt. Refunds will be processed immediately, however it may take up to 5 business days for your bank to process the refund.
